<h2>Synopsis</h2>
<p>In the fourth season, you will find out how Charles and Mary learn to appreciate Walnut Grove even more after a trip to Chicago. On a hot summer day, Laura and Mary witness with horror the drowning of a common friend. In another episode, Andy and Laura become junior detectives. The criminal Jesse James and his brother are hiding in Walnut Grove, creating lots of turmoils. Nellie has madly fallen in love and has made plans to marry her prince charming, but her mother thinks otherwise. Laura finds several bottles with messages, leading her to an abandoned baby&#8230; Charles receive words of an inheritance from an eccentric uncle, but is that money a blessing or a curse on the Ingalls family? Caroline is pregnant with a fourth child and Charles has high hopes for a boy. In the two last episodes, Mary finds her vision becoming blurry after long hours of study. The worst is yet to come, she becomes devastated when she is going totally blind.</p>
<p>Some of the most memorable moments include the Laura&#8217;s beloved dog Jack death, the birth of Grace Ingalls, Mary&#8217;s who had to deal with going blind, and the introduction of Adam Kendall. <p>Season 4 definitely shows more maturity in the subjects used. Season 4 is more tragic and darker than the first three seasons. This fourth season is different and bring in a lot of new characters and new tragic events that will change the course of the show. This is in this season that we first mean Kezia and Joe Kagen. The arrival of baby Grace is certainly one of the biggest events in season 4, along with the sight loss of Mary in the last two episodes. Season 4 is a special season, filled with emotion, but also love and a</p>
<p>It is a season filled with emotion, love and a small touch of comedy. The Ingalls girls are much older, and the stories are far less &#8220;childish&#8221; as the girls seem to connect with the world of adults.</p>
